Art and the Vibration of Wellness: Sound & Vibration

Art and the Vibration of Wellness: with Olivia Daane

Join local and globally-recognized artist Olivia Daane for an artful dive into the connection between art and wellness.

We are pleased to welcome Olivia, who will be leading classes in July that explore the intersection of art and wellness. This 4 week class includes 8 sessions meeting twice a week. Each class dives into a unique theme through drawing, painting, sound, breathwork, and color theory. Take one, or take them all, no two classes are alike and each will open your creative channels, bringing a sense of healing through the artistic process. Olivia will share her knowledge of drawing and painting while implementing the vibrations of sound, color theory, breath work and whole brain creativity.

Using mixed media, this class will take artists at any level to a new-found understanding of their personal flow state, and how art can heal and connect us all. The process of making art can be a powerful force for personal healing and collective connection.

Week Two: Sound & Frequency

Discover how specific sound frequencies—such as 432 Hz for harmony and 528 Hz for healing—can influence the nervous system and open creative pathways. Through live sound healing and rhythmic drumming, this class invites you to translate vibration into intuitive visual expression.

This exciting session will feature Megan DiSbatino and the art of her Sound Bowls

Please call our office at 970-429-2777 for more information.

All supplies are included, $50 per person, per session.

The Red Brick Center for the Arts is conveniently located just two blocks away from the RFTA bus stop on Garmisch Street.

Sessions will take place on Monday and Tuesday nights in July. Reserve early, spaces are limited!
