Join local and globally-recognized artist Olivia Daane for an artful dive into the connection between art and wellness. This 4 week class includes 8 sessions meeting twice a week. Olivia will share her knowledge of drawing and painting while implementing the vibrations of sound, color theory, breath work and whole brain creativity.
Using mixed media, this class will take artists at any level to a new-found understanding of their personal flow state, and how art can heal and connect us all. The process of making art can be a powerful force for personal healing and collective connection.
Art and the Vibration of Wellness - Breathwork and Flow
Join local and globally-recognized artist Olivia Daane for an artful dive into the connection between art and wellness. We are pleased to welcome Olivia, who will be leading classes in July that explore the intersection of art and wellness. Each class dives into a unique theme through drawing, painting, sound, breathwork, and color theory. Take one, or take them all, no two classes are alike and each will open your creative channels, bringing a sense of healing through the artistic process. Olivia will share her knowledge of drawing and painting while implementing the vibrations of sound, color theory, breath work and whole brain creativity.

Session Four: Breathwork & Flow
Explore how rhythmic breathing patterns regulate the autonomic nervous system and shift brainwave states from beta to alpha, supporting creative flow. This session combines guided breathwork, intention-setting, and expressive journaling to open up a more embodied art practice.
