Creative expression is pursued for a multitude of reasons and the definitions are as unique and varied as artworks are themselves. In this exhibition, the material choices and approaches to artmaking are highly developed and very distinct in each artist. From high energy brushstrokes, meditative paper folding, spending time with another human in an intimate portrait shoot, to layering, scraping, and layering again, these artists share their unique expression with us.
